At Quick Fit Frames & Doors Ltd, we regard compliance with every aspect of fire regulation to be of the utmost importance, which is why we had an independent assessment carried out on our door set by International Fire Consultants Ltd.

Quick Fit Frames & Doors Ltd supplies fire rated pre hung units certified by IFCA/03175. The Assessment Report IFCA/03175 certifies the fire resistance of door sets containing various door leaf types in the Quick Fit Frame.

The factors that influence fire rating are:

Quick Fit Frames & Doors Ltd ensures that all components used in the manufacturing of their door sets are of the highest quality and each component has been fire tested. Hotels and apartments have used fire units for quite some time, but it is thought that it will soon be compulsory for builders to fit fire rated door sets in private houses. Puertas Norma 30-minute and 60-minute fire-rated doors sets are certified by CF292 and 12906-3 respectively.

Every Quick Fit fire unit has a fire tag affixed to the frame before it leaves the factory. The fire certification documents are forwarded to the head office of the customer.
